The Predictive Thermometer and Display were designed to work together in perfect harmony for easy phone-free use.
The 2nd-generation wireless Combustion Predictive Thermometer (CPT) uses 8 sensors to give Total Temperature Awareness™ with live temps from edge-to-edge plus the ambient temp surrounding your food. TrueCore® technology always locates and measures the lowest internal temp. Our physics-based Prediction Engine™ creates a virtual model of your food to estimate cooking time remaining with uncanny accuracy.
Nitrogen-flushed, and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond, the 2nd generation CPT has the highest ingress protection possible (IP69K). It’s suitable for vacuum-sealing (hello sous vide!) and can tolerate extreme cooking temps of up to 900ºF.
WiFi Display counts down precisely when your food will be done. Works with an app or without. Connects directly to any WiFi network in range, so you can monitor your cook from anywhere using the free Combustion app.
Includes WiFi Booster, which extends Bluetooth range, connects directly to WiFi networks, and keeps your CPT charged up between uses.
